Michael Trenary

Michael joined Standridge Companies in 2019 and oversees new acquisitions and ground-up development. Prior to joining the team, Michael’s real estate career started in brokerage where he quickly learned the needs of rapidly expanding national retailers. Following that experience he has spent the past 10+ years at Hunt Properties, Inc. (HPI) as Vice President of Development. During his time at HPI, Michael was directly involved with developing, leasing, and selling more than 1.25 million square feet of retail properties in prominent markets across Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Kansas. In addition, Michael worked closely with a roster of nationally recognized restaurant and retail brands who trusted him to perform custom development. In that capacity the owners, executives, and real estate departments of these companies relied on Michael to bring quality site selection and speed to their market expansion initiatives.

Michael has two daughters, is a Dallas native and graduated from the Episcopal School of Dallas and Southern Methodist University. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is a member at Highland Park United Methodist Church.
